Exhibitor Rules and Entry Information

Rally offers both dog and handlers a fun energizing experience.  AKC states: “It was designed with the traditional pet owner in mind, but it can still be very challenging for those who enjoy higher levels of competition.”

This course will focus on the novice AKC Rally Stations (exercises) to include circles, change of direction, stationary exercises, heeling , trial information and more.

A prior obedience class is recommended but not required.  Loose-leash walking is also a plus.  Class size is limited to six, so sign up early.

Bring a crate for your dog and a chair for yourself!

Dogs must be up-to-date on Rabies vaccine.

No Aggressive dogs

Novice Rally - 6 weeks

The Details

When: Classes will be held on Mondays:  September 19, 26, October 3, 10, 17 and 24.

Time:  5:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Instructors:  Dawna Drake and Polly Pierce.

Where:  2760 Vineyard Drive, Santa Clara, UT 84765 (SUDS field)

Cost: $100.00

Class size is limited to 6, so register early.   After registration, payment to Venmo South Utah Dog Sports or mailed check secures your spot.

Pre-requisites

Successful completion of a Beginner Obedience Class, or agility recommended and able to perform the following: sit, down, recall, loose leash walking with some distraction.
